Hadn't been here for awhile. Had an excellent, better than anticipated dinner for 6 last night in the upstairs dining room. Everyone tried each other's plates and agreed with the high quality food and tastes of each item. The value was good considering what you got for the three course meal. Each course had multiple options. The mussels, salad, soup, shrimp, steak, lobster, etc were perfect. I would even say the steak was better than I've had at a certain high cost steakhouse recently. We also went for the dessert which you could say added another course. I can't leave out that our cocktails were spot on for the right balance of flavors and strength. A really nice upscale restaurant right on the lake. We sat on the upper level patio and enjoyed the lake activity over dinner. The building is laid out like an old house with many different rooms including one with a bar. Elegant interior. The menu is varied and I appreciate the unique items and game selections. Extensive wine list. Service was excellent. Everyone was very attentive and friendly from the hostess to the bus staff and servers. They do tack on the automatic 20% service fee, but our server was very purposeful in informing us. Much appreciated. Highly recommend trying Acqua for a great meal and experience.
I recommend this restaurant! I was so impressed by the portion sizes and the selection of menu items. this restaurant is definitely worth the price they pay. After seeing the portion size and the deliciousness of all meals, it is definitely worth the price they pay. for appetizer I had the crab cake that was delicious! moistened and very tasty and generous. the zeasarsalat was her typical salate with an increased crumb and garnel and finally the Ragu blognese was very good. the sauce was fleshy and hearty.
we have sung here for our 18th jubilee and loved the little tellers for the courses! our fave was the scalopps as first curs! melony h was a fabulous, friendly server! she asked what the key is about before and I said honesty and my man said laugh! I love that she is busy with us and I would recommend her and this restaurant very much! loved the view of the lake in the upper floor inside!

eating and service were amazing. every cure was delicious and the presentation was intentional and beautiful. 3 terraces, from all with sea view to choose, and the inner is raised yet warm. can not wait to go back! we sat on the second floor balcony and ordered the scalopps, the white ****, the bass and the elk. the scallops were the best I ever had in the middle west.
Had a great date night at Acqua. The Elk rare is amazing! I had a delicious blackberry sauce on it. I personally liked it better than the surf and turf. Also, the beet salad was exceptional as well!!

We used a Groupon. 4 course dinner. Delicious food, crab cake was outta this world. Ribeye has this beautiful Demi glaze. Walleye soft and flavorful.

We ordered the Seabass and the halibut special everything was delicious. The service was fantastic highly recommend and look forward to returning.
Amazing 3 course tasting menu with lots of different options. Food was delicious, service was impeccable. The Butterscotch Budino was to die for!
