MOST IN AUTHENTIC PERUVIAN FOOD! PAPA ALA HUANCAINA IS MELTED AMERICAN CHEESE. OREDED SPICY CEVICHE HAD TO SEND IT BACK 3 TIMES AND STILL DIDN'T GET IT RIGHT. THE LEAST THEY COULD IS HAVE DECENT SERVICE BUT EVEN THE SERVICE WAS WORSE THAN THE FOOD. WHEN THE BILL CAME THE TIP WASN'T INCLUDED BUT AFTER WE HANDED OUR CARD THEY CHARGED THEIR OWN PERCENTAGE WITHOUT OUR CONSENT. DISRESPECTFUL, THE TIP IS EARNED. AS THE OWNER I WOULD FIRE ALL THE WAITERS, NO TYPE OF HOSPITALITY. WHEN WE GAVE OUR OPINIONS TO HELP THE BUSINESS THEY HAD THE AUDACITY TO TELL US TO NEVER COME AGAIN. WITH AWFUL FOOD AND HORRIBLE SERVICE I DON’T KNOW WHY ANYONE WOULD.
Bad experience for the second time, from the moment you enter, the waitresses are all rude and look at your face and leave you waiting for a long time. They brought us the wrong order when I told them that it is not my order, the service was worse. That type of environment changes the perspective of the place, and I noticed the displeasure of more people around me. Peruvian food is the best but there it is even bitter, oh it takes away your hunger. Total disappointment.
As a Peruvian, I was disappointed with the food at this restaurant. It didn’t resemble authentic Peruvian cuisine at all. The chicken had a foul odor and was unappetizing. We spent $150 on our meal, and no one in my party enjoyed it. To make matters worse, the waitress was quite rude and had an unpleasant attitude.
Unfortunately last night, after going to this place for many years, I asked for the same plate that I always asked… and this time was disappointed. I asked for the fried calamari but last night was disgusting. I don’t even think that that was calamari. The beer was not cold at all and with no pressure.

The food was very good, but the music was very loud and it is assumed that when you are eating you need more relaxed music and not so loud that you have to speak very loudly to your companion so that they can hear!
The grilled chicken is NOT the problem, it has a bad smell, stale rice, potatoes soaked in oil, the truth is they are making Peruvian food look bad…. And the attention of the staff is very bad… ….
Trash horrible the fish on the sandwhich was super soggy no crunch no crisp the fries looked as if they were just defrosted not fried bad for business
Everything is fine, but the music is too loud, you cannot have a pleasant conversation.
