Adagio Pasta Grill is a gem of a restaurant in this small town. My family has been there at least 20 times since they opened (probably much more) and I have yet to have a bad experience. I was shocked to come on here (looking for their menu before our visit tonight) and not find this rated 5 stars. The service for our party of six adults and two small children was terrible. We ordered three appetizers but only received two, and despite asking multiple times, we were left without plates and ended up eating off our napkins. One child's meal and drink were forgotten until we had to request them again.

Me and my cousin went for lunch. We arrived bout 12:35 pm. Waitress came over in 10 minutes. Received our drinks and placed food order. We got our soup it was barely warm. The eggplant parmesan was about 40% breading and lacked any flavor. The Alfredo was bland as well. However the toasted ravioli was really good. The food just tasted like microwaved frozen food. Plus the fact that I paid 45 dollars for two lunches really stuck in my craw. Made me wish for an Olive Garden.

The food is tasty, but the service can be inconsistent. My husband enjoys dining here, but I often leave with a headache due to the strong scent of the candle burning at the entrance. I don't understand why a restaurant wouldn't want customers to smell the delicious food being prepared.
The food reminds me of my what my Italian grandmother used to make. It is some of the best Italian food I’ve ever had eaten, with generous portions.Staff are all very kind and welcoming. It has immediately become a go-to spot of ours.

I highly recommend Adagio. Everything I’ve ordered there has always been fantastic. Surprisingly, their steaks are just as good, if not better, than those at any steakhouse in our area.
