I had been recommended this place and had seen that they have won several awards for their pasta, so expectations were high. Adamo’s delivers on fresh, quality, delicious pasta with a selection of different types of pastas and your choice of pastas! Adamo's Pasta, located on Botany Road in the eastern suburbs, is one of the best places to enjoy a meal, take away, or purchase frozen and fresh pasta for another day. While the prices may be high, with a plate of pasta costing around $20, the quality of the food is excellent. The restaurant is always bustling with activity and we have both dined in and bought pasta to cook at home. The fresh pasta is noticeably superior to supermarket options, with the pumpkin ravioli being a standout dish. The red sauce is also delicious. We also tried a takeaway lasagne, which surpassed any frozen lasagne we have ever had.
Many thanks to that they are the most delicious lasagne and Spinat/ricotta cannelloni we are in canberra and get this from the deli mart on the fyshwick markets. I live in a suburb that has numerous Italian restaurants that cannot compete with their recipes. I almost don't want to publish it if they can't keep up with demand and I can't buy it anymore! I am happy to come to their shop when I can travel again so that we can taste some of their other products. the word amazing is not good enough to describe how good you eat!

I love Adamo's for its simple, chic, and unpretentious vibe. It's easy to pass by this little gem without noticing it, but once you walk in, you're greeted by rolls of fresh handmade pasta. The menu is simple and you can choose exactly what you want; the type of pasta, sauce, style, add-ons, etc... Amazing spot for a simple lunch.
Such a good lunch spot for fresh pasta. My go-to is the tagliatelle or pappardelle with lamb ragu. So, so tasty. I love their chilli oil, too. The lasagne is great as well. I've been to Adamo's at least 10 times, and it never disappoints. Hearty, feel-good, honest food. You can also pick up fresh or frozen pasta to cook at home.
This restaurant in Sydney serves the best freshly made pasta. All pasta is made in-house, ensuring it is always fresh and delicious. The lasagna is particularly outstanding and worth trying.
Ordered the gnocchi bolognese and two cannoli through UberEATS. The gnocchi was good very filling, though a bit too mushy. The cannoli were small but delicious.

Best pasta in Sydney. There is no substitute. I wish I'd discovered this place sooner! Eat in, take away, it's all good. Make sure you try the signature sauce!
