Adobe NB, LLC - Table reservation

Adobe cafe has been for years, the local large Tex sex with a healthy option. they have added more and more vegetarian and vegan options in the last 5 years or so. the veggie tacos are exactly as described, sauteed veggies in a mais tortilla. they cooked without meat. the grilled vegetables, both as fajitas and as a teller, was my favorite for a decade. these are large pieces of zuccini, yellow squash, mushrooms, wobble tomaten - all grilled and easily served with vegan beans and curcume rice. I love it! They will cook them even with little or no oil! the best part is that they also have options for my non-vegan family members. what more can they ask from a restaurant? We have dined here many many times. More recently we have had some not so great experiences. Last night I made the comment to my husband that it was the best the food has been in a very long time. Everything was hot and fresh and our server Olivia was great. Even tho she was busy she took the time to converse with us as if we actually mattered. Yesterday was a really bad day for us and we just needed a break from life for a bit and she helped to make our day better without even knowing. She was attentive to our drinks and our meal was out super quick. All around the experience was a 15 out of 10!!! Great Job!!!!

I'm sure they had the first half here. decided to come here after a day of the Schlitterbahn, hungry. And tired, what I love at Mexican food centres...
