The snow was dumping and blowing sideways so we headed into Adray Telebar a little before noon. As the lunch dining room was not yet serving, we were requested to wait in the lounge by the fireplace and drink champagne. Yes. What a great day. It was raging outside and we were warm and cozy with our Moet Chandon that transitioned into a great lunch of l’escalope à la crème, vegetables, and chardonnay. Service was delightful and friendly. Fireplace was warm. The Telebar was the place to be.
I have been visiting Adray Telebar for years and it is perfection. The food is consistently excellent and you will always be greeted by smiling (if slightly frantic) faces. Having eaten at almost every restaurant in Meribel/Mottaret/Courchevel I rate this as up there with the best. Low key, great on a sunny day or in a bitter blizzard lunchtime or in the evening, for OUTSTANDING FOOD. Best chips in the 3 Valleys don’t be ashamed to order lots! Try it and I guarantee you’ll return!
I make a call to reserve a table in 48 hours and I am told to call in the morning for the same day. I therefore call in the morning for lunch and I am told that they no longer take reservations!!!!! They take customers for fools! I have been going to this restaurant for over 10 years and have never been greeted like this! I wouldn't set foot there again!
This restaurant is superb always..great food great service..normal prices for the standard in Meribel. This trip my friend had the super Escalope of Veal..in wild mushroom sauce..a famous dish here. I had a black angus steak with sea salt..excellent..and a big portion too. For a special lunch on the piste by Rond Point this one takes some beating... Book a table now
Arrogant Owner mr Fabrice. He has a physiological problem. We made a reservation and arrived. He say that he has never seen me. He just did not take serious. They are very unprofessional and rude. There are many options better than this. Mr Fabrice is far far away from being a restaurant manager. Too bad too sad.
We only stopped here for hot chocolate this year, it must be the best value in the Three Valleys, €5.50 per head, but we had a jug full between two and croissants were included in the price. I understand that has we been later, we would have been served cake. Comfortable lounge with log fire.
Très bon moment, comme d’habitude.. c’est vraiment une belle adresse. Un compliment particulier pour Jordan, ce garçon, tout en étant respectueux, est très sympa, serviable. Voilà plusieurs fois que nous revenons, c’est toujours un plaisir de le revoir.
We had a tasty lunch at this well known restaurant on the slopes just above Meribel. The steak was lovely, as were the mountain of chips it came with. The vegetable soup wasn’t so good, but luckily I didn’t order that. Book a table now
Superb service and lovely lunch on the sun basked terrace. So many restaurants struggle with big groups but both front of house and kitchen delivered superbly. So nice to have a smiley, cheery waitress.
