Very nice Bed and breakfast close to the city of Getaria. It's located right on the Camino and has a beautiful view of the cliffs and ocean on one side and the countryside on the other. The rooms are decent and the bathrooms/toilets are extremely clean too. The owners were very friendly and could converse in English in addition to Euskara and Spanish. The downside was the amount of flies we had in our room when we arrived- we could not swat them away and it could've been that they were always there because the window didn't have any net. The breakfast (bread, jam, butter and tea/coffee) and dinner (soup, fried chicken and potato fries- limited options for vegans/vegetarians) are decent- noth...
family food after visiting the flysch of zumaia and we were all delighted. a success in homemade, healthy and tasty food. between the first one would highlight the second (season vegetables,) the paella and the old chuletón and between desserts, cheese and apple pies, very riquos and light. we drank cider and txakoli, both good options. I would recommend it without hesitation. Furthermore, we decided to leave the car in the parking lot of the beach of santiago and climbing (the first 300 m are climbing, but they become comfortable enjoying the views of the port and ria of zumaia). in total 30 minutes walk that are appreciated before and after eating. (come back, downhill).
We passed through this village (part of Camino del Norte) on a very hot afternoon. Had seen it on the map and hoped to stop for a snack. Restaurant seemed closed, but when we knocked, it was answered. We were told it was closed, 'privado ', when I asked if I could just use the bathroom I was told no: I asked where was the next place and was told Zumaia...three km away.I haven 't experienced treatment like this in 15 days on the Camino Frances: it was as rude as can be
Soy de Valencia y pasamos por allí haciendo el camino de santiago en dirección a Zumaia. Probamos el chuletón y la ensalada de gulas, los dos platos buenísimos. El tomate de la ensalada estaba increíble. Además de postre pedimos la tarta de queso y el flan, todo buenísimo. Destacar también el trato agradable que recibimos. Una comida maravillosa por un precio buenísimo. Volveré!

Qué hallazgo el fin de semana para el almuerzo del domingo. Una bienvenida cálida y muy amigable por parte de la familia, excelente servicio y la mejor comida casera que hemos comido en mucho tiempo. Los productos locales que se usan en abundancia aquí saben muy bien y las chuletas de cordero de las costillas en la parrilla eran muy sabrosas. . Comida fantástica muchas gracias.
Propietarios muy amables, alojamiento agradable y soleado. Hay tres cuartos de baño y aseos, y se proporciona Wi-Fi. Alojamiento asequible y cena deliciosa (personalmente recomiendo sopa) La comida consiste en sopa de cerdo a la parrilla, papas fritas (mayonesa, mostaza y ketchup incluidas) y postre (helado, yogur) y es deliciosa. Vino proporcionado con la comida.
Formidable, hiper amables y serviciales, todo muy limpio, habitaciones y estancias comunes muy cómodas y amplias, wifi, la cena casera increíblemente buena, tuvo el cuenta mi alegría al tomate y lo suprimio. Tuve un problema con mi transportin de la bici y me lo solucionaron
La aldea esta en un sitio muy bonito, tiene vista a toda la costa de zumaya, buen trato, buena comida de menú, y las camas increíbles, muy bueno para camino y para ciclistas
