Maybe we are spoiled, but we went there with 6 people, and we all didn't like the ice cream, with as common comment: much too strong flavors. Personally I ordered the lavender ice cream, and it almost tasted like eating pure lavender essence. I also ordered the amarena ice (by pointing to the menu item, no misunderstanding there), and found out they don't know the difference between amarena and amaretto, because I received ice cream with amarena cherries with amaretto flavor, and I simply didn't enjoy the taste.Also the other flavors people in my party ordered weren't as expected. When you for example order snickers I cream, we'd expect to actually find small snickers pieces in the ice cream...
During the wait there was a mini museum we could visit. It showed old ice cream equipment and we could see the people who made the ice cream. In short the wait passed quickly and we didn't get bored. The ice creams were very original and well decorated. The prices were reasonable and we were impressed by the size of the ice creams. The taste reached our expectations but didn't go beyond them.

I've been to Vallon-Pont-d'Arc a couple of times. I tried a few ice cream places before, some were good but this one is above the others. No crazy colors, no artificial flavors, just natural goodness. If you want an ice cream in Vallon-Pont-d'Arc, go to this place. Lots of flavors to choose from, you're sure to find one you like. Bravo!
We visited their place in Ruoms and it was super!The young lady who served us was friendly and knowledgeable.We did not have enough time to visit the factory but wished we had.Not the cheapest ice cream but was the best flavour and texture ever.Would highly recommend a visit
visited this place twice on our week long trip to the region.Fantastic ice-cream & loads of flavours & options.This ice cream parlour also hosts a mini museum with artefacts around the wall & on display.Nice relaxing place to spend an evening with the family
You have to go there and test almost the best ice cream I have ever tasted. There are some special flavors, too, i.e. Rose, Rhabarber, flower of hibiscus or cactus. We were very glad to find Thierry Aigon.

Great quality and flavored - even the home-made slush-puppy flavors are out of this world! The owner has a lot of charisma too, with friendly and welcoming staff- highly recommended.
Enormous variation of ice-cream sorts. It says artisan, and I believe it when I tasted it. They also do a huge selection of slush. I went to their shop in town.
