A poor experience. Service was very slow. The main course (Cod) was translucent and hidden by a Chef who seems to be obsessed with foam which covered the whole plate. The very pleasant but very expensive Muscadet was placed well out of reach so that...you had to wave whenever you wanted a top up. Starter and Dessert was about average and would not have been out of place if it were not for the main course which, incidentally was almost cold and from a Chef who also seems to be obsessed with pureed vegetables; carrots pureed to within an mm of being soup. Oh well. Perhaps they will be better next time? Suspicious that there are not more recent reviews on here?
We had two lovely dinners here, and the food was terrific. Langoustine, cod, Turbot all very good, and the beef was also terrific. A compact wine list, but plenty of variety to suit all price points. As with many restaurants around the world, it seems,...the service is just a bit clumsy. The Maitre D, is excellent, and his 2 young trainees tried hard, but are not yet at the level that a Michelin Star requires. All in all, a good restaurant.
Ate here with three friends whilst staying at the adjacent hotel. The mix of flavours in the dishes was stunning, with some fascinating combinations. Service was perfect, the meal leisurely and the portion sizes meant you were comfortably satiated by the end of the meal....A foddies place for those who want to be experimental with flavours and textures in their food. Not cheap, but good value.
We had a degustation dinner with cheese... what an experience. The restaurant is situated in a hotel it's seen at the decor, and it could have been nicer but the food , oh the food... aesthetic, very tasty, very good ingredients. The service nice,...efficient and helpful. It's our first experience at a one Michelin star restaurant and we loved it. Recommended with all my heart

one of the best meals I've ever had. eating was spectacular and the service was impeccable. my wife and I celebrated our wedding anniversary at aigue marine and I am so glad that I chose this place because it made our celebration so much. more spectacular. I recommend it very much!
very beautiful presentation, colorful and tasty, with surprising mix of grass from the garden. different menus to different trips give them the opportunity to try what the cook does, do not miss the caramel-gat cheese as the desert
tonight we were at aigue marine. we went for the menu degustation; it was an amazing experience! unexpected combinations, beautiful teller, great weine and service; we had a fantastic time. thanks and highly recommended!
michelin star is well earned and restaurant lives the expectations. large selection of diners, beautiful presentation and very friendly and friendly staff

The menu looked excellent but we preferred a la carte and had a great turbot. Cheese board good too. Fine and friendly service
Lunch menu are a steal for this quality level. We had an awesome lunch in a one star restaurant for nothing!!
