excepcional restaurante en su conjunto: atención, decoración, hilo musical y claro, la comida. Tomamos: totar de pato (ten,) cromo de pájaros nobles (muy bueno,) foie (bueno,) campana picada (marvelous) y pychón (muy rico). postres bastante bien: tarta de limón y una tierra arriesgada con fermentos de leche. el boleto puede subir si nos volvemos locos, pero con descuentos es más que razonable.
Ambiente tranquilo y comida agradable, especializado en aves de ahí el nombre de Aire. Desde los entrantes hasta los platos principales todo muy bueno y el servicio excelente.
