Whenever I am in Aachen I enjoy coming here. The starters are always pleasant and refreshing. I always go for either the lamb skewers or minced lamb skewers on flat bread. Delicious and filling. The taste of the coal comes through and lends plenty of character to the dish.The grilled vegetables (as side dishes or stand alone) are also delicious, as are the sauces/dips.The layout is also very agreeable, with the open balcony and the top floor overlooking the grill area.The main downside is the very sloped street which can be unpleasant for sitting outside.All in all, always a pleasant eat out if I am not looking for fancy eating.
We visited this nice restaurant together with our niece. We were welcomes in a very friendly way.The Turkish red wine we ordered was good.We choose for different main dishes and they were served at the same time. I ordered tuna fish, our niece the dorade and my husband the mixed grill. It was really delicious!We really recommend this place!
Wir kommen seit Jahren und lieben das Aix Mediterrane! Die Lammspieße vom Holzkohlegrill sind immer phantastisch, auf den Punkt gegrillt und butterzart. Absoluter Geheimtipp in Aachen!
My wife had the lamb chops with rice and I took a lamb skewer with Turkish bread. Both dishes were very tasty and plentiful. If you're in for lamb...this is the place to be in Aachen.

Ich hatte hier eine Dorade mit Rosmarinkartoffeln frisch vom Grill. Das kann man nicht besser machen, sie war auf den Punkt gegrillt und die Zutaten einfach köstlich.

We hebben gekozen voor 3 lamschotels. Alle 3 prima smaak en mooie hoeveelheid.Goede bediening, vriendelijk en snel. 1 van de 3 was wel (te) pikant voor ons.
lexkeres essen, tolle atmosphäre, mal was anderes und vor allem holzkohlegrill. sehr weiter zu empfehlen.
