Aji Ramen - Table reservation

Visited Aji Ramen and my girlfriend and I were pleasantly surprised. 10/10Food: I ordered the Aji Tonkotsu and it was phenomenal. Very flavorful and the broth was great. My girlfriend ordered the chicken skewer Tonkotsu ramen and she loved it. We asked for Egg noodles instead of the wheat noodles and our server was very helpful in explaining the difference and recommending different menu items.Ambiance/Service: the ambiance of the restaurant is very homey and nice. They have great decor up and the tables are very spacious. The service was fantastic and we were very impressed with how fast and attentive the servers were.Verdict: 10/10 ramen joint. S/o to Yelp for this find!9/10! A gem if ya ask me :)Food: Tan Tan Ramen 8/10, if probably enjoy it more without the protein lol it was a little too much for me but the broth was A1!Egg Roll 10/10! Tasted extremely authentic fresh omg. Chicken Karaage 10/10! The sauce they used was tooooooo good! I used the leftover to dip my egg roll in it and it paired perfectly.Gyoza 7/10, it was straight, I've had better. Drinks:Sake Bomb Special $2.95 Went on a random Wednesday around 8 o'clock and within 30 minutes there was no more seating. Had an amazing experience with my Fambam! Everything’s delicious and the service is great! Restrooms are clean. Wait service is fast and responsive! We’re definitely coming back!

The services here is amazing and the food is incredible!! I'm so used to going to jinya and other places but this hit completely different. Highly recommend!!

They brought their California swag to Katy , Texas love this place, one of the best Ramen ever so yummy
