My partner and I had a pleasant experience at Ajisen on a Saturday night. I personally ordered the Ajisen ramen, which was well-flavored. The broth, while typically salty, was enjoyable at the Unionville location. The pork and bamboo shoots were cooked well. My only small complaint was the quality of the egg, but it was still okay. The karaage side dish was fantastic - hot, well-seasoned, and full of chicken. This Japanese fried chicken dish is a must-try for fans of that cuisine. Overall, Ajisen is a great choice for late-night or casual dining.
As I was driving by Ajisen Ramen, I noticed many people sitting on the patio and decided to come back when it was less crowded. I am glad I did because their spicy beef ramen was delicious. I ordered the spicy beef ramen and it was delicious. The level of spice was just right and the meat was of good quality. I dined at the restaurant for lunch on a Friday and it was very quiet, so my food came out quickly. The plaza was bustling, making it a little challenging to find parking near the restaurant. I will definitely return for more!
Very happy with the service and quality of the food. The octopus balls (forget the proper name) were amazing! Loved the Ramen and rice curry bowl.

So good. Generous amounts of food. Really tasty. I had the spicy beef. Beef was perfectly cooked and crunchy contrast to the noodles and broth.
Good ambiance. Ramen is really delicious and my fav is spicy Mala broth and quantity of the food is also good for the price.
