we were there yesterday, thema fish and sea. I have already made one or the other cooking class with other providers, but last night everyone has exceeded. the dishes were refined, but not super complicated or elaborate. ralfs tips to basics such as pfannen, oils etc. were top. thanks ralf and ruth, the evening was very nice!
great evening! very instructive. top personal, a cook with a look and especially very structured. also an excellent winemaker. relaxed atmosphere, happy again!
