Well. Where to start? Firstly the service was tasty, the food was absolutely very tasty so very tasty. The music was absolutely smack daddy. Felt like solardo was playing a set. I will be returning. I recommend the Bombay potato’s if you want a 10/10 taste that is very affordable. The guy who waiters is an absolute G, my man what a guy. Really great. Took our own drinks so very cheap overall. I only regret one thing and that’s not bringing cold drinks, although they have ice. Tesco where to start with you. While working in Pontefract, I was in search of a great curry and discovered this restaurant through TripAdvisor. The chicken tikka was a pleasant surprise compared to traditional Bangladeshi curry houses and felt more authentic (I lived in India for 3 years, so I know). The madras was cooked perfectly, with just the right amount of spice, and the garlic rice was deliciously garlicky. I visited on a Wednesday and took advantage of the special menu, which offers excellent value for money. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning soon.
Aiming to try different Indian restaurants. First time here. Poppadoms and starters were lovely. Partner really enjoyed the mixed hot starter. Mains were as described, fresh tasting and meat beautifully tender. Slight downside was the garlic naan, bit pale and raw garlic taste, but I think it's just personal preference. The waiter was attentive but left you to enjoy your meal and didn't feel rushed. Definitely will go back.

The restaurant formerly known as Akash Lounge has changed ownership twice and is now operating under the name "Viceroy." Unfortunately, the new management has not maintained the same quality. The food is mediocre and the establishment does not have a liquor license.
Good service with a smile as always. Food delicious ,lovely and clean, prompt service. Never had any issues and this is about half a dozen times we have visited would highly recommend. Always ask for the hotest curry and I'm never disappointed x
The food at this restaurant is consistently amazing. This was our third visit and it never disappoints. We especially love the family garlic naan. It's a wonderful Indian and Bangladeshi restaurant located in Hemsworth.
Food was excellent, service second to none. Have had a few takeaways since moving to the area. Will be eating in the restaurant very soon

Before you go work out the cost 3 times they have added extra £20 food is ok but not worth the hassle stay away I won’t go back
