I placed my sushi order at 2:48 PM, and by 4:30 PM, I still hadn't received it. I called to check on the status, and they told me that the delivery driver was on the way. I waited until 5:00 PM without any updates. When I called back, I was informed that there was an issue with my order and they couldn’t confirm when I would receive it. I asked for a discount, but the person on the line said she couldn’t offer one because she needed to meet her quota. She mentioned she could give me a discount on my next order but added that she understood I probably wouldn't be calling back. I ultimately decided to cancel my order, feeling frustrated by the lack of a clear explanation or any genuine concern...
