Akropolis - Table reservation

Two of us came here for dinner. When we entered, we did not notice that there was a queue because there were empty tables in the hall. When we entered, a middle-aged man in a blue shirt, with a bracelet on his arm and a necklace around his neck, came to us. He was very rude. He acted like he was questioning why we came. He pointed out in a rude and condescending manner that there was a queue. We didn't realize there was a queue because there were empty tables, then we realized there were one couple in the queue. They then gave us a table at the back of the restaurant and we sat down. What I observed while sitting down was that he was very rude to the other waiters and belittled them as well....

Great family restaurant where you can become part of the family. The food is wonderfully prepared and served in generous portions. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Decor includes many old photos of the owners from childhood, making you feel like you're at home.

Family owned and absolutely delicious each and every time we are craving Greek. Personally I don’t think there’s a better option in Suffolk county.
