Essen nicht bekommen. Ich habe um 21 Uhr bestellt und direkt von Lieferando eine E-Mail bekommen, dass das Restaurant meine Bestellung angenommen hat. Nach ca. 30 Minuten kam dann die Nachricht, dass der Fahrer nun auf dem Weg wäre. Um 22:30 habe ich nach dem 20. Anruf endlich jemand erreicht und mir wurde mitgeteilt, es sei alles ein Fehler von Lieferando, sie hätten nie eine Bestellung bekommen. Die Bestellung war bereits mit Paypal bezahlt. Bereits das zweite mal, dass ich meine Bestellung nicht bekommen habe.
Essen wurde via Liederando bestellt, die Bestellung und die Lieferung bestätigt und kam niemals an. Um 22:20 nach einer halben Stunde mit zahlreichen Anrufversuchen wurde gesagt das “niemals eine Bestellung angekommen sei”. Obwohl wie schon gesagt zwei Bestätigungen gekommen waren. Dies ist nun schon das 2. Mal bei diesem Geschäft passiert. Nicht zu empfehlen, falls man zufällig etwas zu essen möchte.
unfortunately the delivery came minutes before the desired time of the clock. since we were not yet home, our neighbour had to accept the delivery. likewise on a pizza an extra added ingredient was missing. otherwise it was delicious.
an hour waits ok, but already at the limit. it was then final and unfortunately an additional ingredient that I wish was not made on the pizza. but calculated! otherwise it was good to eat.

instead of a mozzarella cheese pizza came only a dry teig without mozzarella. instead of a lambrusco came only a spicy tram.
again dissatisfied. have ordered the delivery in a certain time of the clock and has arrived after an hour later.
