Sono stato in questa pizzeria già diverse volte durante la mia permanenza a Sydney dove vengo spesso per motivi di lavoro. La pizza di Enrico credo sia la migliore pizza che abbia mai mangiato in Australia. Impasto eccezionale fatto con pasta madre lievitata correttamente e senza l'aggiunta di lieviti. Un vero ambasciatore del "Made in Italy". Purtroppo a Sydney come del resto un po' ovunque, ci sono tantissimi ristorante che non sono degni di essere etichettati come ristoranti italiani!! Mi auguro che gli australiani sappiano apprezzare e distinguere la vera pizza di qualità!! BRAVO!!! Fai onore all'Italia!!
Honestly....I'm Italian, I've been trying sooooo many pizzas around Sydney to find the best one and this...well...this is not the classic pizza.not the "Napoletana" one that everyone is after to.This pizza has a super Cruncy crust, not chewy at all...super light and superb toppings.Try the house beers. You gonna love that!And the "beeramisu"?!? It's a must too!!!Nice one brother!!! Keep it on!!
Fantastic experience from start to finish. Good selection of wines...pizza was better than I could have imagined! Al Taglio has perfected the "light" pizza. I don't remember the last time I was able to finish an entire pizza, but the airiness of the pizza was wonderful! Fresh take on a typically heavier dish. Would recommend to anyone in the area.
Got some takeaway pizzas - Been searching for the best gluten free pizza crust for 2 years now and I've finally found it! Not just a frozen crust, it's actually been hand made! Not to mention the delicious toppings. Highly recommend and will definitely be returning to dine in.

Sure, just another pizza restaurant I thought! How wrong was I! Simply the best pizza I have ever had, even better than the real stuff in Italy. The pizza is simple, light with fresh ingredients. Easy, no frills restaurant that is so worth a visit. Will be back.
I'm italian and I've to say...It's ok..not the best I had in Sydney... not expensive, good topping, the dough is way too dry, it's different from others, edible, but it didn't' impressed me at all, you can find way better.
I'm Italian, and actually I'm not missing Italian pizza thanks to them! A little bit different from the naples pizza but, nothing to envy!
