I am not impressed with the customer service and specifically the owner who apparently doesn’t care about the customers. I’ve tried to reach out to him about an incident at the store, and left my business card. Never gotten a call back. I would have say his employees are way nicer. The products are good quality but customer service nonexistent! I think is too shortsighted as he will lose customers one by one. I used to drive all the way from San Francisco but got turned off. Now I go to another store in San Bruno
Coming from Toronto, I can safely say his shawarma is probably one of the better ones in the Bay Area. Surprisingly he has a takeout restaurant inside of a grocery store. I appreciate owner is always there, sometimes he’s a bit flustered but always a great experience.
We ordered a variety of kabobs, including Kubideh, chicken, and vegetables. The food was excellent, although we had to wait an extra 20 minutes (35-40 minutes in total) for it to get ready. Hopefully this is not a typical occurrence so I gave 5/5 for now.
Thier bakery is amazing ?Great tasty halva Basbosa ,and stuffed freshly baked stuffed breads and all kinds of sweet breads and baklava ,thier dates cookies are the best ?

Great selection of Middle Eastern products and very friendly staff. They make nice Mana’esh (flatbread topped with Zaatar, Cheese or Meat). Will definitely be returning.
The restaurant has a nice variety of dishes, although some items are a bit on the expensive side. However, we really like the owner; he is very friendly.
The falofel baba ganosh was so delicious! A bit hard to find from maps with limited parking.
Good selection of Arabic food the Falafel plate is good. Try their pizzas and bread
