Aladdin In Arl - Table reservation

This Restaurant is under new management since February, 2022. Despite seeing all the bad reviews, still I thought of trying their Kachhi Biryani as I was really craving for it. Before I ordered the food I spoke to the person who took the order who was praising their Kacchii Biryani, said it test just like Kacchii found in Dhaka. Both the owner and the guy who was working at the register talked very highly about all of their food saying “food taste nothing like before”. After being impressed by their talk I ordered Kacchii Biryani with some chicken Samosas. They took awfully long time to give my order. Mango lassi- very plain. Food is full of big onions and taste not good at all. The kacchi was burnt and didn’t smell or taste like regular kacchi. The chicken roast was sweet and full of onion. The inside of the restaurant looks clean than before but the food taste and quality needs to improve. Also the price went up but they didn’t update in the menu.

Very bad customer service. They served us the food as if they r throwing a football and also on paper plates. Bugs flying all over the food. Worst experience of all. Cheap quality food with expensive price.
