I'm don't have much comparison when thinking about this over other hookah establishments. I was once at a hookah bat in Madrid, Spain that wasn't as nice as this and they never served me anything not a beer or anything! Granted, I probably looked like a tourist and I definitely had no idea what I was doing, so that's okay. Terrible, terrible experience. We walk in and the tough guy at the door doesn 't even say hi, just demands our ID. My wife and I were visiting from Chicago and are avid hookah smokers and went there with expectations of it being okay based on the reviews. So once the guy in the front told us to seat ourselves, we ordered a hookah with an ice hose. We were disappointed as soon as the hookah got to our table. The ice hose had some dirty brown water frozen inside of it, and the hookah head was very small, packed terribly and was burnt instantly. Edit: This is a review update for both locations I was going through places i'd reviewed in the past seeing if I needed to update or get new status of places I haven't been in a while and and came upon this one and was quite surprised to see a number of negative reviews lately I have been coming to this spot for 8+ years, multiple times a week and doing a search on my bank history, it shows l've been here 972 times since July of 2009. They have always been amazing, friendly, with the most chill atmosphere you can imagine. Went here with a few friends last night and the manger was so so soooo rude. I hated it and will never come back! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST. They are so unprofessional, the servers don 't know what they 're doing plus they 're catty. If you don 't want to work just stay at home, but you 're serving us so leave your trash attitude somewhere else. I could get high schoolers to run this sad excuse of a hookah lounge better than they can. I will go back just to give that sad little manager a piece of my mind. He was too scared to come out and talk to us. He made a very big scene and RUINED our night. Hey bud, get your emotions in check the next time you talk to customers.

We have been going to the one on Elliston Place for 8 years. Last night, the one on Elliston was full, so we went to their location on Belcourt. The place was nicely decorated and the hookah was good, but the service was AWFUL! Anytime we wanted a drink, or needed new coals, we had to go to the bar and ask for it. We left a 1 star review, and said to visit the one on Elliston Place instead.. Today, we went to the one on Elliston Place to buy hookah tobacco, but was informed we were banned unless we removed our review and spoke to the owners. How about NO! Instead of banning your regulars, how about you train you staff to give better customer service.
Likes: -Ambiance -Service -Drinks with moonshine done right -Pricing of items -Bathrooms Dislikes: -Cheap coal on the hookah causing it to taste really like the charcoal itself -Iced hookah was a wash. Don't get it unless you're expecting some major change. It didn't do any difference to the taste of the hookah... maybe because we tasted a lot of coal? -Changing the coal with more cheap coal that didn't fix the initial issue that was addressed in the beginning. Take away: -Change the coals you use and you'll have 5 stars and a repeat customer.
Been here twice now with the lady and I'm a little surprised at the low ratings. I've had nothing but a great experience with the staff and environment. Nice decor, friendly waitstaff, and good shisha. Had the Lemon Mint as usual, but switched it up last night to Grapefruit Mint...I highly recommend the latter. Haven't eaten here, but have had a few drinks. All were well made. Only complaint I might have is that the cost is a little high for shisha and cocktails. I'll make a point to come here for happy hours as we'll definitely be back.
Hookahs are not good. The Aladdin's fries were tasty but too salty. The music was AWESOME. Ambiance AWESOME! It had a very nice vibe. I think they were short and service was kind of slow. The best part for me was the music selection and the volume and the lighting , you could come here on a date and hear the other person and duck off somewhere n it would be nice! I went with my bestie and we turned up ! Just as well tho. So whatever crowd will do !

Came here because it was one of the only places open late for dinner (we came very late! . The space is nice and open, and I can't complain about the service, in fact it was quite good. The food was A-OK, hence the three stars instead of more. I had a chicken plate, which came with veggies and chicken on skewers, pita, rice, and a sauce. Nothing to write home about, but also not bad.
