We had a delicious lunch at Alaya Retreat Centre, the veggies where fresh from the garden in front of us and the delicious eggs are delivered from the chicken that have their house into the vineyards. The garden is truly beautiful, there are fruits trees as cherry, medlar, almonds and parsimmon and salad gardens with Tao and infinite shapes. Leo the chef prepared a delicious and scenographic pink beetroots hummus that surprised us.
