Ich bin ein sehr kritischer Gast. Ich weiss, dass meine 'Sonderwünsche ' das Personal oft an die Grenzen bringen kann. Die meisten Restaurents scheitern aber daran. Das Personal wird 'grantig ' und lässt einem spühren, dass ich doch das nächste mal ein anderes Restaurant aufsuchen soll. Es gibt aber auch noch die Variante 2: Man hört dem Gast zu was er wirklich möchte und versucht wenn es geht die Wünsche zu erfüllen. Und genau so ist es im Alberobello. Beispiel?Ich musste länger arbeiten und es war schon kurz vor 23.00h. Normalerweise eine aussichtslose Zeit. Ein Telefon ins Alberobello: Was möchtest du essen? Wann bist du da? Kaum war ich im Restaurant angekommen hatte ich mein Abendessen...
Will definitely come more often! Very good cuisine. Nice ambience. The dishes come to the table quickly, beautifully, well and deliciously. The menu is not overcrowded and still has a large enough selection. There is something for everybody. Definitely an insider tip for me Restaurant. The location is to Unfortunately, the restaurant has a disadvantage something hidden, for every customer However, one advantage fewer guests faster operation. Take advantage of it!
