I ordered takeout from this restaurant and they forgot to include an entire meal. They also gave me soda instead of Horchata. The carne asada fries were extremely greasy and unappetizing. I specifically requested no meat in my fries, but they still had meat in them. The sour cream was bland and the fries were stale and soggy. I am very disappointed with the quality of the food and I am concerned about the possibility of getting food poisoning.
Pozole is bland. They barely give you rice beans with the combo plate. Ordered flour tortillas....was given corn. Had originally ordered menudo and realized it was only on weekends. Instead of them contacting me, they cancelled my entire order (bc I hadnt just ordered menudo). Didnt cancel it until ten minutes later and I had to wait even longer to input another order. Soda was watered down by the time I got it.
I paid $12.00 for a large drink and 2 TACOS. At first I said those are expensive tacos, but when I opened my CARNE ASADA TACOS...OMG THEY WERE HUGE. I almost had a hard time finishing one taco. I must admit these tacos are a must try!!! If you want big large tortilla tacos... come to Albertos..!!! You will not be disappointed. Yummy !!! Jaime Lim P.S..... THEY POUND ON MEATS ON TOP! 6/9/22 So I ordered the Carne Asada-Fries that I must say they were very good! Very well cut Carne Asada, Pommes were not fat, plentiful cheese the beans were perfect. The time of the day was about 5:45, was not busy at all. I couldn't absolutely nothing wrong w/my experience now that I think of it... the checkout was very polite. Good food done right. Came to this restaurant for lunch. I was greeted by polite employees. The restaurant was very clean including the bathrooms. There was an A rating.we ordered our meals and the taste was incredible. Many great items to choose from. The prices are comparable to many other fast food chains. We will be frequenting this great place often.
Not the best nachos, really disappointed! I?m pregnant first time going to this location I ordered carne asada nachos and asked for pico de Gallo on them, they barely put any on there the cheese looks like it was put in the microwave to melt and by the time I got home my nachos were super soggy never again.
The restaurant, which is supposed to be open 24 hours, was closed at 5:30am when I tried to go. The chefs were probably sleeping in the back as there was no one around. Today I ordered taquitos with guacamole, but the guacamole was black! Have they switched chefs? The taquitos used to be very good before.
I placed a pick-up order and had to wait 20 minutes to pick it up. It then took an additional 15 minutes for my order to be prepared. The food was bland, the Torta fell apart and was dry, and I did not receive any fries with my order. I probably won't be ordering from here again. Book a table now
Probably the worst Albertos in the area. Ordnete Guac and Chips. They combined all chips and Guac and even threw cheese on it. Breakfast Burrito is tasteless and also had a block of cheese. Make yourself a favor and maybe drive a little more to go to another. That's terrible.
