i was honestly upset that i had a bad experience here. their food is good but when you call to order, there's a man talking in the background distracting the poor girl from taking my order, really not sure if hes trying to help or not but she cant listen to both of us at the same time. i ordered a second time with my coworkers at 12:30pm and they told us it was too big of an order, sorry i work at a large office and its lunch time???? they ended up giving us something wrong and when we called to see if we can get the correct one, the same man, told us we were wrong and not to call and order ever again? very disappointed.
This pizza place is really disappointing. The pizza is extremely thin, and the sauce is just as bad. The owner, an Indian man, is constantly yelling at either his customers or his employees over the smallest issues. The restaurant can get quite busy, and the staff at the counter are quite attentive, but the pizza is still terrible. On a positive note, I have to say that his dinners are actually quite good, with a unique and better sauce. However, dealing with such an erratic owner makes the experience unappealing.
This pizza is just terrible. The thinnest pizza ever and the sauce for the pizza is just as bad. The owner is an Indian maniac who screams his customers or his employees constantly over every little thing. The place is super busy and the mating girls are pretty good, but the pizza is terrible. I have to admit that his dinners are extremely good and have a different and better sauce, but the owners are such a razor nut that Henke wants to deal with him?
So the staff was friendly. That?s a start. But the pizza is very subpar. Not bad if you?re just looking for bread with sauce and cheese. But i?m sorry, if you?re looking for good pizza, then drive another two miles to mulberry street. The location was nothing special either. Please spruce up this place. I want to support local, that?s why i tried you in the first place. Alberts Pizza has potential but is not living up to it currently.

The food is always the best, it is my favorite pizza on LI that Albert's style on the head of the cake cannot beat. The branch manager was also great, I made an assumption that was wounded is wrong and he replaced it for me without hesitating that was not necessary. Great customer service, thank you
I had 2 regular slices and a small Pepsi for 5 bucks. You can't beat that and to make it even better the pizza was the best I've had in a while. The crust was crispy but not burned. The sauce was good as was the taste of the dough...and just the right amount of cheese and seasoning. Bueno!!!
Food was great. Had two regular slices and some garlic knots. Staff were very nice and quick. I ordered online and food was ready for pick up at the correct time. Really great experience and food was great. Will repeat for sure. :
I have been eating Alberts since the 90s I am a fatboy in the heart I love that cake with extra cheese and extra sauce that comes with the cheese on the bottom and the sauce on the top, but you can order the other way
