Albion Hotel - Table reservation

Dined in the bistro on a quiet evening, meals took about 40 minutes but were tasty and decent servings so no complaints on the food, service on the other hand...Incredibly rude waitress (Brianna), didn't mention the bistro was shutting at 830 or the kitchen was closing so when we asked to order dessert at 835 were told abruptly no chance kitchen closed, mentioned that it would have been nice to know that and was told everyone knows bistro shuts at 830.. well not if it's your first time time here.Service 101; ask customer how meal is, ask if they'd like any more drinks, let them know the kitchen/bar is closing if they'd like to place any last orders.. none of which Brianna bothered to do and...

returned after 3 years, disappointed. was our favorite place. always great meals, personal atmosphere. gatten ordered yesterday evening a mixed grill with vegetables (selection of this or salad chips on menu), it came with salat chips, so he asked about the vegies, said it would take a few minutes and eat the mixed grill part he did as he did not want to get it cold. ten minutes later, no vegien, so they said that they forget that there was a free glass wine offered, personal not worried and was told that the kitchens are responsible. After the personal completely ignored us, not even clearing the table, just waved as we left.

eating was not great, it tasted definitiw not like salt and pfeffer calamari I had before. the service was okay, very slow and seemed completely uninterested.

had to see the friend who lives there. I had a drink downstairs that was very pleasant, not for families.
