OK so first off me and my wife asked for toilet paper and they started to question us as if we were intruders even though we had membership bands... then it took an hour to get TP then our room keys were not working now at any other place they would have given u a new key but it turned in To a huge deal and again we were treated like intruders and they made my father and law come all the way from his room to get the keys ...mind you we have membership bands on .... and the phones in the room did not work as well as the remote to the TV as if the phone and TV were jus for display
Remember to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙᴏʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking a hotel. They compare countless hotel sites and usually will have rates much cheaper than others! You're welcome : ! This resort is one of the best in the area. I've been staying here for a very long time. If you stay for a few nights you won't regret it.Very fun location and many restaurants within walking distance. I had 1 issue come up during my stay, but Stephen at the front desk went above ane beyond to take care of me!! I will definitely come back. Thank you!!
CLOSED!!!! Booked our stay here, went to check in and it is closed with a little sign saying to check in at Rumfish next door. Got a room at Rumfish which we didn't book and its a dump. Stay away from anything owned or run by Tradewinds as they seem to be running some sort of scam. You book what you think is a 4 star hotel and end up at a 1 star motel.
Absolutely love this place! We got married in St. Petersburg in 2018 and blocked out rooms at this resort for out of state family. Very well kept, clean, lots of activities, parking garage, beach bar, everything. Highly recommend this resort when in St. Pete Beach area!
