I visited Ale House recently once to have to have dinner with a friend and then to have dinner with my brother . I am a huge fan of this restaurant group. When I lived here previously) I patronized the Barking Dog at least once a week. I had also occasionally visited the Ale House and found it good. The two recent visits to Ale House we're disappointing. To start service was good, the staff where attentive, and made us feel welcome. The food was not as expected. The 1st meal, a Taco Salad, was very disappointing. It was a big bowl of romaine, a thin slab of chicken, a few tomatoes with a small amount of chili ranch dressing. Ultimately, once we tried to mix in our chicken there was not enoug...
I met my sister and my brother for my sister's birthday recently. It wasn't busy for a Friday night. Our dinners were generous portions and mostly pretty good. My sister had chicken quesadillas, my brother in the law of chicken parmesan and I had the vegetable gnocchi. Our server was attentive to us. However, follow another server, consistently through the night.
Have only done takeout a few times, but the food is great! Have been inside a few times, and the atmosphere of the restaurant/bar is really cool. Excited to bring friends and family here in the future!
