The waitress seemed very rude for a Monday afternoon, took the menu without waiting to see if a dessert ? was something I was interested in. The beans are salted a bit too much for me and have a bitter taste. Rice is dry and a bit crunchy. The sope and the meat were a bit cold when handed to me. Alexandra's salsa is absolutely amazing! Chips are fresh and they keep them coming as long as you want them. Their Chili Verde is one of the best I've ever experienced and we grade all others with theirs as the standard of excellence!My personal favorite is their Chili Rojo Tostada! I've never found another like it anywhere. It is the best tostada I've ever had. The service at Alexandra's is always spot on and you are always treated like family! When you are in Visalia visiting Alexandra's is a must! If you live there, it's a weekly treat !!
I ordered a shredded beef chimichanga, but the meat was bland with almost no flavor at all. The rice tasted like it had been soaked in bay leaves, and the beans were just okay. My sister tried the shrimp cocktail, and unfortunately, it was very fishy. The juice tasted like boiled shrimp water—totally lacking in flavor and seasoning. It was quite unpleasant. On the bright side, the staff were friendly and attentive, which is the only reason I gave them a second star.
I had visited this restaurant previously and wasn't pleased with the chili relleno, but I thought it might have just been a one-time issue. However, I went there tonight and found the shrimp tacos to be tasteless—absolutely no seasoning or flavor. The beans and rice also lacked taste, which is unacceptable! Overall, it was a terrible experience. I won't be returning.

Very flavorful, but spicy. I wish the menu indicated that the dishes were spicy. For those of us who have a difficult time with spicy food. I would have ordered something different. They do have great food.The guacamole was very fresh and so so good.
Awesome time. Great staff. Friendly and covid safety measures practiced. Delicious food. Fast service with the coldest drinks in town mixed by an amazing bartender. This is a great place to eat. Highly recommended.
The cheese enchiladas were served cold, so the cheese didn't melt. The rice wasn't warm either. The sauce on the enchiladas was overly salty. However, the horchata was enjoyable.
