I have been to Leukerbad many times and had dinner in most of the restaurants in the town. I am sorry to say that, but Alfa restaurant is one of the worst I have been. The only advantage I shall mention private parking for...restaurant guests. I was disappointed starting from the menu: Leukerbad is a famous international resort and I was negatively surprised that hotel restaurant does not have a menu in English. The waiters are not helpful and friendly. We were waiting for our meal more than an hour and all the staff were ignoring us! Nobody apologized for this situation. The food was ok, but not delicious. We enjoyed an excellent meal here perfectly cooked escalope of the Venison (a seasonal speciality). Together with a pleasant atmosphere and a friendly service that has been made for a great experience, and we will definitely be back!
We have been traveling to Leukerbad for 25 years and Alfa always has good food. Your kitchen is one of the best of Leukerbad. You're never disappointed. I can recommend the Charbonnade!
