The area upstairs was completely overbooked which meant that some of my guests had to wait for seats, complete refusal to serve drinks at times and no communication between the staff. Felt genuinely sorry for the young staff members who were spoken to disgracefully by management throughout the night. Luckily I had created a list of food orders, which kept some organisation, but paying the bill was complete chaos for every guest at the end, some standing for minutes trying to pay. The upstairs area was overbooked, leading to some guests waiting for seats and difficulty in receiving drinks. There was a lack of communication among the staff and they were treated poorly by management. Fortunately, I had provided a list of food orders to maintain some organization. However, paying the bill was chaotic for all guests, with some waiting for minutes to settle their bill. I regret choosing Al Fornos for our celebration and will be escalating my complaint to prevent others from experiencing the same issues.
I celebrated my daughter's birthday at Alfornos on Saturday night. We invited children to the party, and my sister and I sat at a separate table to give them some independence. The staff were attentive and patient with the kids, ensuring that they were well taken care of. The evening went smoothly without any rush. The restaurant had a gorgeous atmosphere with great energy. The staff was very attentive and the food was delicious. I would definitely come back for more. The only downside was that the rice was a bit chewy and the stroganoff tasted different than our previous visit, but overall it was still delicious and appetizing.

We were a group of 22 people. Everyone looked great and the food was delicious. The service was prompt, although one dish was missed by the kitchen. The staff was very apologetic and quickly corrected the mistake before we finished our meal. We will definitely be back!
