I stopped in today craving an egg sandwich around 11 a.m. I know some places cut off breakfast at a certain time, but I think it wouldn’t hurt to make an exception for a paying customer, especially when it was just 11:30 a.m. At the time, there were only a few customers waiting and several employees behind the counter.
I tried to order with a friendly employee, but the owner interrupted. When I mentioned I wanted an egg sandwich, he abruptly told me they were too busy and it would take 15 to 20 minutes for a breakfast sandwich. He walked away without giving me a chance to respond.
Feeling disregarded, I simply left. It felt like there was no effort made to accommodate me or even acknowle...
I ordered take-out, choosing a roast beef, turkey, and Swiss Sloppy Joe along with chicken soup. When I noticed there was only a small amount of Russian dressing, I politely asked for a bit more and they were accommodating. I was looking forward to a tasty sandwich, but I struggled to find the roast beef, while the Swiss turkey was merely adequate.
Additionally, it used to be standard for delis to include a complimentary pickle slice and a small salad on the side, but not here; they charge extra for that. My mom tried the soup and said it was good, but the container leaked, leaving our bag soaked by the time we got home. If you're ordering soup, make sure to check the container!
I ordered a Roast Beef, Turkey, and Swiss Sloppy Joe along with some chicken soup. To my disappointment, it was mostly coleslaw and barely had any meat. The chicken soup was decent, but the container leaked. The prices weren't low either. I definitely won’t be coming back here. The service wasn't friendly, either. I cannot recommend this place. What a shame.
Catered a party last week. Everyone raved about the food. Service was excellent. Chicken tenders above all others. They were gone in a second. Portions sizes excellent Good ole deli. First and last time. Looks like they are going out of business. Employee was very nice though. Got cheese that was pre sliced. Not what I expected
The owner was quite rude. They ran out of sub rolls an hour before closing, and the quality of the food was mediocre at best.
