I requested my order without beans, and they even included a note with my DoorDash delivery. However, I still received my meal with beans. When I called the restaurant to address the issue, they told me to contact DoorDash since it wasn't their fault. I really dislike beans, and now my meal is disappointing. The customer service I received was lackluster and unhelpful.
I'm giving this place 5 stars just so my review stands out. My boyfriend and I ordered the asada tacos and asada sope, but unfortunately, the tacos were really disappointing—the meat was undercooked and the shell had a strange texture. The sope was overly crunchy and hard. Overall, I’d give it a 0 out of 10 and definitely wouldn’t recommend it.
The tortas and burritos are amazing. So tasty. Good parking and service. I need to try the rest of the menu?????
