great customer service! the best caffes in southwell! Zoe,Keely and jack are amazing behind the counter. alex the barista makes the best cup coffee they have. the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. they can always enjoy eating a bit and there will be no delle in them are bag. P.s morris, the owner has a big hard, doesn't confused him with his sarcasm.

Lovely, warm, polite, genial staff. Very clean café. Great big pot of lemon and ginger tea. I had cream cheese and olive sandwich and a slice of lemon and almond cake. Yum. I would revisit as it was a pleasant experience.

I came in with my partner today and the food was fantastic! Staff were very friendly and the atmosphere was lovely! Pricing was also really really good! Would definitely recommend to anyone! Thank you for a lovely meal!

Southwell's go-to place for a takeaway coffee, and no charge for an extra shot. Astonishingly good blueberry muffins. Great for lunch. Lovely staff.
