arrival in Saint-Pierre at noon after a walk on the volcano at the first hours of the morning, we stop at the alizé beach. welcome with smile as every time on this wonderful island. more room on the terrace but no matter what, the room is very beautiful and fresh. ideal for enjoying a well-deserved rum or beer. the boss, Jean-Michel, explains with passion the history of his hotel - restaurant. for the meal, here is the advice: a creole plate in the entrance to picorate all together, and the tuna tartar (voluntary capitals) in flat. but what a delight!!! Since the transformation of the dining room into the bedroom, the kitchen has really come down to the range, in taste in quantity. The service is low. There's a lack of hygiene because when you put the table set the server doesn't even pass a rag to remove the ants strolling. when we put my friend's dish on the table a little cockroach came out under the plate that was served to him. the kitchen is fade their famous tuna tartar initially axed to the house is now axe to the machine frankly a table I advise when you see the two stars that the hotel. a totally avoided
big disappointment of the arrival at the restaurant more beautiful view of the sea, just a small room with views of the parking lot (disappointment such, that we checked well that we were in the right place) very disappointing meal, nothing exceptional for a high price. We used to have this address for good little dishes. the restaurant unfortunately lost in quality and prestige.
a good restaurant, I stayed at the hotel and I ate there for a full week, the à la carte dishes are good and the menu of the day is always varied. the kitchen is made from fresh products. The welcome is very nice. from the good kitchen!
