We became a big fan of Aljons when we first tried their pizza in 2018, since then almost every other week in the summer of 2018, 2019 and 2021 we bought from Aljons Plainsboro while we made the home search. But after moving to West Windsor, when we tried last 3 times Aljons in West Windsor (been close to the house), I notice the staff in this franchise don't know how to cook aljon signature pizza like the famous Arugula, mixed veg or even Margarita, we usually ordered Jumbo size and directly from ingredients to portion size to eat as children! Very disappointed, never again to a free cake!
Stop #4 on our Summer Pizza Tour 2022...Aljon's Pizza in Princeton Junction, NJ. Wide variety of pizzas. The deep dish pepperoni and meatball as well as the cheesesteak pizza looked awesome (definitely will try those on our next visit there). Coke products. Our usual order on the tour...pepperoni for Jason, plain and pepperoni for me. Excellent pizza! Great quality cheese, sauce and crust. Pepperoni was great quality as well. Great NY/NJ style pizza. We will definitely return. Oh, and they have Cannoli!
Known for authentic Italian pizza on site, great selection of pizza always in stock, sauce is very good in taste. Just the right ratio of crust and the amount of cheese and toppings.
