Allo Tandoori - Table reservation

My wife and I and my wife’s cousin had an excellent meal here. The quality of the food was superb, very reasonably priced and extremely welcoming and friendly owners. Our shared starter, 3 main dishes, 1 desert, 2 glasses of good quality wine and 1 beer cost €76. All the food was delicious. The restaurant is small but it was still full on a Monday night. The night we were there the owner was celebrating his birthday and so we were made part of the celebrations with delicious birthday cake given to us for free. We had a very enjoyable night and my wife’s cousin who lives in Paris will definitely be returning with her friends.

We were eight for lunch, and ordered a number of dishes to share, including lamb, chicken, shrimps and vegetable dishes. Leaning that the restaurant is run by people from Sri Lanka, we hoped for Tamil food, but got instead a Europanized blend of so-so Indian food that was not very impressive. Even the Lassi was watery and rather tasteless. In the region there are many Indian restaurants, so try your luck somewhere else.

Lovely waiting staff who served us in good time. Tasty and healthy food, which we needed after over-eating pastries throughout the holiday! The food stays hot because of their special ‘candle bowls’. They asked us nice questions which gave us a chance to use our beginner-level French skills

Superb place with truly tasty Indian food! Definitely worth visiting and trying! I thought the best food we will find in Paris will be French cuisine and it turned up to be Indian! Amazing customer service!!!

It is a nice place with around 15 tables. Personal is friendly, helpfull but not intrusive. Food is tasty and good looking.
