I have placed an order online for pickup for 1 order Jumbo wing appetizer. I showed up when my order said it was ready to ask for my order and waited well over an hour while they saw me waiting and I never even got my food. I asked the hosts and servers for an update several times, they just said it would come... After an hour waiting outside and sitting inside of me, I asked for another update that told them it was an hour and they told me that the system didn't get the order and that they just started...
