I have stayed at this property a number of times when visiting the O'Hare airport area each time it has been comfortable, clean and without incident.A couple of things I think are worth mentioning though: The parking situation kind of sucks. There is a lot out front of the hotel that you can park in but the fee is $35 or so per night. I think its worth it because the other option is the parking garage which seems to be quite busy and a bit hectic, especially on weekends. I did have a couple of times that I had to go around the block waiting for a spot to open up even though I had registered my vehicle with the front desk to be able to park in the lot outside. At first glance, this hotel seems like a great choice, especially due to its convenient location near O'Hare Airport. However, as you delve deeper, it starts to lose its appeal. For me, it was a series of small inconveniences that added up: noisy air conditioning units, fixtures in the shower that were in disrepair, fluctuations in room pressure whenever the neighbors closed their doors, and general hallway noise. One major disturbance was a fireworks display so close that I could feel the explosions resonating inside my room. It would have been nice to receive a heads-up about that at check-in. So, while it’s convenient for O'Hare, it’s not the ideal spot for an uninterrupted night's sleep.
Good place, modern design. Rooms are way nicer here than the Hilton. Could use a continental breakfast like the Embassy Suites. The Smart TVs in the room are okay but BE WARNED. I was prompted to reset guest info in order to open an app that I was using the night before... Wierd but okay. I did so, then the TV locked itself into Marriot BONVoY propaganda mode. (See video for more details) e__e Remember kids, technology by definition has to be annoying~ Also you gotta get your butt out the room early if you want room service.
Our room was dated and not clean, the bathroom tile looked grimy, floor was soaking wet by the bed not sure what it was, you could very easily hear people in the hallway. I couldn't adjust or turn off the air conditioning unit in the room. Good proximity to the airport and not a terrible room rate but I'm glad we were only there for one night before our flight.

After United canceled our flight, they provided us with a hotel voucher. I decided to stay at the Aloft because of its proximity, and I'm really glad I did. The rooms were very nice and comfortable, and the staff was outstanding and quick to assist.

The room wasn't very clean, the sink sprayed everywhere, as did the shower. The air conditioner was loud and didn't get cooler than 68° for the entirety of my stay. Very loud being that the highway is right there. Would not recommend.
Although the hotel is conveniently close to the airport, it was surprisingly peaceful. The rooms were comfortable, and there are some excellent restaurants within walking distance, along with a movie theater nearby.

The Aloft near O'Hare is a great choice for a quick trip to Chicago. The rooms are very quiet and the staff are friendly.The hotel is within easy walking distance to several restaurants and attractions.
Great location-close to all the fun and the convention center. Friendly front desk. Good value. Great shower and products. Nice and cold Air Conditioning for the win!
