My son ordered a kids meal and the meat was overcooked, charcoal nuggets. I tried it as well and had to spit it out in a napkin.My wife and I ordered the platter and she said the food was over salted for lack of flavor. One out of the three meats had good flavor. The Spam on the shelf in the kitchen should have been a red flagThe gentleman asked how everything was and I informed him about my son's dish and that I tried it and it seemed off. The gentleman didn't even respond and went back in the kitchen. A simple apology would have been nice. This is why you should never give a tip before you get served.
Been here a few times now. Always feel welcome by the staff with their Aloha spirit. The cole slaw may be regular cole slaw with pineapple it's still good and the fries are crispy and the pulled pork is delicious and very flavorful not the dried out stuff at other so-called BBQ places that a person has to drown in sickly sweet BBQ sauce! The pork and the chicken dishes are great still working my way through the menu. Highly recommend this place! Mahalo!
I usually don't leave any negative reviews, but if I got sick with me and my man and my friend after eating here, I felt I needed it. the eating was extremely bland, the vernacular to salty, and the haw was simply old/bad. about 15 minutes after eating, on our car to home, we all started to feel very sick. don't go here. if they want good Hawaiian food, they eat in honu in dunedin, not here.
Yall, exquisite Hawaiian, authentic food here. I lived in Hawaii 2 years... and I miss the food and no one has been able to match it... but this place! I visit both locations! The owner is Hawaiian so she knows her stuff!Friendly staff, large portions, great prices! thank you for bringing Aloha to our Ohana!

Wow!!!! I cant believe i waited so long to try this place. Had the Imu burger. Every bite was juicy and great flavor. Island wings were good too. Maybe add some choice of sauce. All and all great staff, great food.
