Booked into this great hotel and decided to have dinner here.Firstly I felt like a drink so I asked for the wine list omg unbelievable and the sommelier Philipp Schneider what this guy doesn't know about local and imported wine isn't worth knowing. Ask for him.Now the restaurant what a great place to eat , service fantastic and good English I had the Deer TarTar with ice cream and pumpkin purée delicious, my wife and I both had the baby Veal Schnitzel it melted in our mouths. We both ordered the home made Rum Raisin ice cream their house specialty, lovely but big a great trip is to share one.Look great restaurant great people and fantastic food.
