Ice was fine, but on the question whether you could pay with card, was answered with yes before. When it was paid, exactly the same boy with that is not answered. Apparently someone here has to improve his knowledge of German.
A star is still too much.... But there's no less. No service, no service, order even though we were the only customers... then there was not even an apology. Just inconceivable. Never again.
