We as an Australian couple, hiking in the hills on the castle to castle walk, stumbled upon this sweet little BnB. Truely an unexpectedly phenomenal experience. The rooms are basic but updated and with modern bathrooms. The food was absolutely outstanding. Delicious home style cooking if you can organise your trip to tie in on a Friday or Saturday for when they serve dinner make sure you do! Extremely hospitable, their English was limited, as was our French, however we had no issues. We would certainly stay here again and highly recommend Alsace Village to all passing through.
I admit that the first contact with the room is a bit surprising. The decor and bedding are a bit dated (we were staying in the main building). The room is large. But all this is compensated by the friendliness of the owner and the staff. Breakfast is a real moment of comfort: homemade products, a nicely decorated room with a beautiful view of the garden. The owner told us the history of the village (very interesting). We had a very good stay. Rooms: 3
Very warm welcome, we had a very nice week thanks to your advice on places to go and see. We also appreciated the gesture for our 15 month old daughter (Saint Nicholas came by)..... Generous breakfast every morning with fresh bread and homemade jams. (too bad we forgot our jar of jam when leaving) we will come back for sure. Good welcome, we slept during a traveling hike, the studio is quiet, the furniture, the bathroom and the bedding are not very new, the breakfast room is very well laid out and nicely decorated, excellent homemade jams. THANKS Rooms: 3 Service: 5 Location: 5

1 night in a trailer. Old-fashioned. Very basic with overwhelming heat. Gypsy caravan in need of renovation. And on returning at nightfall access to the unlit garden. Rooms: 1 Service: 3 Location: 2
