Alt Naumburg - Table reservation

Friendly, service minded and informative couple serving very good local food and local wines (from Kloster Pforta). We had lamb stew (dish of the day) and a local Naumburg pork marinated in dark beer. Both very well made and really tasty. The wines recommended by...the owner Muller Thurgau (white) and Dornfelder (red) are of very good quality, especially the white one. We also stayed at the hotel in the same building and also owned by the same couple. Good standard with a nice breakfast.

this is a beautiful place to eat outside beside the old Marienplatz gate. there is flatbread pizza, but otherwise no great place for vegetarian. all very tasty, but tasted in gravy or sauce and more salty than I personally like. anyway, we. here twice. friendly yet professional service and some English spoken. outside of the seat knüpfer accessible. local beer and wein. reasonably expensive.

we tried this place tonight for dinner and found it excellent. we sat in the courtyard when the sun was filtered through the umbrella and our red wine and beer immersed. I had the delicious vegetarian thin crust pizza and my partner had the roast beef. with tweezers and kartoffel. the service was fast and friendly and all recommended at a very reasonable price.

this restaurant was close to where I stayed and saw ok in the internet and it was! very traditional, with a decent bar and good eating. the service was good and I had a pleasant meal. beer could have been from more local breweries, and...no black beer!

very decent traditional kitchen in a more than beautiful location. nice to sit outside close to the medieval marientor. visit not only the cathedrale in naumburg and enjoy an evening meal at the restaurant antje and andreas!
