Alte Amtsvogtei - Table reservation

we have eaten several times in the old amtsvogtei. often it is overcrowded and they need a reservation. This time it wasn't. the menu is typical of the region, but not from the usual. we were all satisfied with our meals, but everything was unforgettable. the service was what they expect, nothing more and nothing less. the food preparation was in order, but my meat was surprisingly hard. the wine selection is nothing but average value. I am surprised by some of the Rave reviews. as I said, we eat there regularly, but it is not a favorite.

This place is a bit outside of Schweinfurt, in a small town called Grafenrheinfeld. The food is German, a little on the fancy side, but still affordable and still very good. Portions are fair a very decent plateful It's safer to get a reservation. They...have a beergarden and the staff wears semitraditional clothing. Recommendable
