Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von 20 Personen im Brauhaus Rietkötter. Die unterschiedlichsten Speisen wurden bestellt und alle waren zufrieden, Portionen reichhaltig, vorab gab es Baguette mit einem leckeren Avocado-Dip. Service war sehr nett, freundlich und schnell. Draußen kann man sehr schön unter Bäume sitzen, innen ist es wie in allen Brauhäusern laut, wobei wir im hinteren Bereich allein sitzen konnten, dort haben wir angenehm in schönem Ambiente gesessen.
The city guide told us that she thought it's the best restaurant in Bochum, so we visited here to have a try. It turned out that indeed the meals were tasty, not as salty as most of the other german meal I had in Germany. Also, I enjoyed the dessert quite much. The atmosphere there was wonderful and the staff were helpful too. We had a good time dining there!
this place has a beautiful and rustic atmosphere with very friendly staff. the typical German menu has two vegan and two vegetarian options. we had the vegan dishes that were very good and huge portions. the slender nets come with soy discs and the slender with tofu. this is a place where you can go with non-Veg people who like this type of food.
The brauhaus is a nice place in the center of Bochum. The menu proposed a broad choice of German specialities. The food was very tasty, the quantities were not too big as it could be in Germany.I ate a potatoes soup and then a Jägerschnitzel. Had a wurstburger with chips and salmon with rosti. Both a little salty. Beers are local with helle, Pilsner, alt and dark all on tap. Weizen in a bottle. English signs around the bar, felt like a English country pub.
This old tavern in Bochum retains a traditional character both in the building and the ambience. Customers fill the wood tables and service is friendly. Food so and so with some overcooked ingredients.
Not many people. Soft music and old furniture. Food is average but tasty. Good beers and helpful bartenders. Beware they only accept German credit cards!
