Greater group. Were kindly received, and since there were no more places in the garden we were instructed to take place above. We just wanted a drink. Beverage order was received, and after some time the drinks came. That's what it was. After that no more staff saw. A drink was forgotten, then we got ourselves. No one came to pay, even after we were two times down and had been informed. We're down to pay. Unfortunately, only cash payment is somewhat influential, but ok is last Germany), but then there is no change. Unfortunately, a very unsightly experience we had to make during the first visit. Although the ambience is really pretty. Shame!
We celebrated our wedding here on 8.9.2023! We had the most beautiful day you could imagine. Staff and service were above average good and helpful. The communication in the run-up to the day would have been a bit better, nothing the despite the Patrick did a great job and super-assisted us. I would recommend the customs house to all my friends! We were there for the first time and we liked it very well I didn't evaluate the food because we had only coffee and cake, which was very tasty. Let's see what the new operator will soon have on the map,to the slumber. The location is very appealing, here Edel ,Alt and Modern meet together great combination. On 09.03.24 our wedding took place in the old customs house. Food, service, ambience everything was perfect . The DJ was great . Our guests were thrilled. Staff was top. During the preparations and the celebration itself, every wish was read from our eyes. !
