PAD THAI 8/10 not much chicken on it. It was delicious and not too dry unlike the other pad thai. PANANG CURRY 9/10 very delicious dish. Chicken was tender and the spicy level was on point! I just wish there’s more chicken on it but overall it was good! WANTON SOUP W/DUCK 8/10 Hot and delicious perfect for the weather. Wanton was so good but too small. Egg noodles were thin and soft, really good. Duck was tender. I am not fan of the greens on top. Maybe I’ll ask not to add that next time but overall it was good. MANGO WITH STICKY RICE 10/10 When we first came here the mango that was serve to us was a bit sour. Today, mango served to us was sweet much better than last time. Sticky rice was so...

Since Green Peapod Thai was closed on Monday's, we decided to try AltThai in Arlington Heights. Most of our party had Thai Iced Tea's. For appetizers, we shared an order of Spring Rolls, which consisted of cucumber, beansprout, carrot, beets, and tofu wrapped and served with plum sauce. We were surprised that it wasn't fried but surprised it was just as tasty. The other guests in our party enjoyed Rama Tofu (tofu, broccoli, carrots, and peapods in a peanut sauce), Basil Fried Rice (fried rice with basil leaves, bell peppers, onions, carrots, broccoli, mushrooms, jalapeño, and egg), Wonton Soup (chicken dumplings, BBQ pork, bean sprouts, green onions, cilantro, and lettuce in a flavorful brot...

I had a wonderful evening out! We arrived a bit late, about 30 minutes before closing, but our servers were quick to bring our food and were extremely helpful in answering questions about gluten-free and vegetarian options (which were also marked on the menu). The flavors were incredible—fresh, vibrant, and perfectly balanced. I ordered the Lettuce Wraps and the Tofu Rolls, which might have had a lot of lettuce, but I truly enjoyed them. The staff explained that the lettuce wraps were "DIY," and I had a great time assembling them myself.

I used to think this place had the best Thai food in the area but things changed after COVID. I always thought it was just the take out service that went down so I decided to give this place another shot a few days ago. We ordered crab rangoon, pad thai with chicken, basil fried rice with shrimp, and tofu panang curry. The pad Thai was on the sweeter side/wasn’t very flavorful. The basil fried rice needed a no bit more basil. The panang curry was a very watery. Service at the restaurant was alright. The atmosphere isn’t bad. Book a table now

I ordered food for pickup for 11 people. The panang curry and red curry with white rice was the best item ordered and recommended. The Thai fried rice was too bland and comes dry (I was not aware of this) and tasted too plain with no flavor. The pad see ew and pad Kee mao are very similar but tasted too bland as well They weren't spicy and didn't have much flavor.

The food was okay. I give this place a 3.5 rating. I ordered a large Tom Kha with seafood which was watered down and $19 for the bowl. Pad Thai with seafood looked presentable and was alright for $16. $2 for peanut sauce. My total bill was $43 plus tip with no beverage.

I absolutely adore this restaurant! The food is outstanding, and the staff was incredibly accommodating regarding my allergies. I've received recommendations from family and friends who have dined there numerous times. The ambiance is quite cozy as well!

I ordered a Beef pad thai take out which was extra but its worth it because chicken is so dry and flavorless. I open the take out box and its half full! Food is good but next time sit inside to get your money worth. Not worth it in take out. Book a table now
