Now here's one we have a long history with, in terms of timeline. According to my personal database, I visited Alvarado's way back in July of 2004, not long after they opened. I didn't have a positive experience, and basically never thought about them much again. Mrs. RJG used to work nearby there in the 2006/07 time frame, and stated they would go about once a week and have a burrito. She said it was good, but didn't think it was worthy of us going together. DELICIOUS! Authentic Mexican food. The adobada is AMAZING, carne asada tacos we're perfect! All these white people on here saying its the worst Mexican food they've ever had, probably consider taco bell mexican food.. Large portions, spicy salsas. Just all around great.
My family was looking for some food at a good price. We found it here large servings and quick the people were nice. Best real Mexican food in the area 5 stars all the way!!
Crunchy beef tacos are almost perfect! The entire family loves this place and we travel out of our way to get here. The prices are great and the food is exceptional.
